SAMUEL MUGANDAH SHIYAYO
 
HEALTH PROGRAM LEAD - M&E OFFICER
Samuel Mugandah is the Health Program lead and Monitoring and evaluation at U-Tena Youth Organization.
He holds a Diploma in Health Records and Information Management from Kenya Medical Training College. Mugandah has a Professional Training in National HIV Program Monitoring & Evaluation tools, Implementing HIV Case Based Surveillance in Kenya from the National AIDS and STI Control Program (NASCOP).
 
He has Excellent Data handling, Computer Skills and Field Research that are valuable in Data Management, Certificate in Patient Care Skills for the Sick, Disabled, and Elderly, and a Certificate in Understanding Elections and Civic Responsibilities from the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI NETWORK). Having served for over 5 years in the Ministry of Health and PEPFAR OVC-funded project as a volunteer in Compassion International as a Data Officer/ Social worker, he possesses a great sense of working and interacting with youths hence leading as an example in championing and empowering the youths in the community.
