Peter Onchuru Mokaya
Head of Strategy and Resource Mobilization Peter Mokaya holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and Bachelors degree in Social Work and Health Care from St. Elizabeth University of Slovak Republic. Peter also holds MSc Health Economics and Policy degree at the University of Nairobi. He seeks to offer the best services for betterment of humanity and environment through research and intervention through Academic Institutions, government and/ or non-governmental organizations. Peter has over 16 years’ work experience in community development including lecturing in local universities and colleges in Kenya. He previously offered his professional services to Lea Toto Kenya, Community Cleaning Services, Movement of men against AIDS in Kenya, African Population and Health Research Center, Jhpiego among others. Mokaya’s Interests includes role of community participation in the pedagogical processes; role of life skills, professional talks and mentorship in academic outcomes; Youth development, Feminism; Contraception; Theater for development; Health Economics, among others.
